With over twenty five years of experience in the community services sector, founder Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to residents across Wallan, Kilmore, Broadford, Seymour and Beveridge. His career began in youth services before transitioning into the adult sector, where he has continued to work with people from diverse backgrounds, particularly in the fields of mental health and complex support needs throughout the Mitchell Shire area.
Meet Our Founder: Tim
As the founder of the organisation, Tim is deeply committed to providing high quality care to Mitchell Shire, northwest metropolitan and the City of Whittlesea. He is a qualified counsellor and community service worker with extensive experience in case management. His approach is grounded in a firm belief in human potential, inclusivity and dignity for every individual he supports. He remains dedicated to building capacity in the people he serves, fostering meaningful engagement with all stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for the entire community.
